Come relax and unwind by the Shoreline of the Mississippi Gulf Coast in the historical city of Ocean Springs. Main living area is located on the upper floor providing an open concept that offers stunning views of the Gulf and pool area.
A grand foyer welcomes you into your home away from home. Tropical decor and beautiful wood and brick floors throughout. The upper floor contains the kitchen, dining, living room, a split plan that offers a master suite with a queen size bed, glass french doors that open into your private sitting room overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Master bath offers two separate pedestal sinks with a large corner jetted tub between. Soaring ceilings, separate stand up shower and private toilet room.
On the other side of the upper level you will find two guest rooms one with a queen size bed, a water view and double doors that lead onto the covered deck. The third room has two twin size bunk beds suitable for your children. There is a full hall bath between the two guest rooms. A large covered deck off of the living room offers serene views and a calming breeze. On the lower level you will find a spacious laundry/wet room with plenty of counter space including a sink. This room leads to the pool area and can be very versatile. Feel free to spread out your food and beverages here and hang out by the salt water swimming pool.
Also located on the lower level is a room with a queen size bed, fireplace and double doors that lead to a screened in patio beside the pool. There is a bathroom with a stand up shower perfect for rinsing off after a day by the pool.
Please note that this is a gulf front home, not a beach front home. There are public beaches about 15-20mins away from the property. This property does not have a pier. There is a bulkhead that separates the yard from the gulf.

Summary: This house exceeded my expectations. We will go back. The only negative is the smelly water which has nothing to do with the house. Just make sure you take drinking water.

Summary: The house was perfect for our friend trip. The layout is great and everything was clean and comfortable. The home was well stocked with towels and kitchen items and the location is quiet and relaxing. The pool was perfect and the screened-in porch was great to avoid the mosquitos at night. The bunkbed room is a little tight, but everyone was comfortable. We will be back.

Summary: As always the stay was great. This trip I feel someone mistakenly put dirty dishes back in to the cabinets We had to wash all the dishes we used . The grass was unkept. I guess our first visit was so great. I was a lil disappointed in the condition of some of the house. The back deck needs a lil untidying up We will stay agin this year. Because things happen. And I get that. We love the home and location

Summary: Me, my husband, my parents, my brother and our two tiny dogs rent a house every year for a vacation. I didn't think we could top last years beautiful home, but we did. This house was perfect. The view, the pool and the house itself is amazing. There is a constant breeze on the porch that over looks the gulf. The pool was very clean. The neighbors are close but I haven't seen any of them, and the back yard is so private because the house is set further back. We saw a porpoise from the porch and many pelicans and even a double rainbow. We had a scary storm with wind and lightning, but we're from Louisiana so we're used to bad weather. If there was anything that would make it better, my parents would have loved a wharf to fish from. I will add the house is well water so bring bottled water for cooking etc... but if you shower you won't know the difference. We completely enjoyed this piece of paradise and will definitely return😊😊😊
